Audits
Audits are scary. HUD recently changed their inspections from REAC to NSPIRE. Most landlords don’t know what these changes entail. We can perform pre-inspections and assist with deficiency repairs so you can develop a strategy and prioritize what needs to be done first.

Affordable Housing Programs
Owning and managing affordable housing comes with red tape. A lot of it. Our compliance department knows all the rules for vouchers, annual recertifications, and tax credits, so you don’t have to.
