Why 10Ninety?

We started 10Ninety when we saw how labor shortages affect property management services. We built our company around hiring and retaining the best people in the business. Most of us have worked together for ten years or more.

We believe in our people, and they believe in us. To be successful, you need to treat both employees and clients with respect. When you have that kind of trust and loyalty, it benefits everyone, including our clients.

Our experience is wide and deep. It includes leasing, maintenance, and the finer points of government regulations—all the day-to-day operations that go with property management. We can even help you determine what deficiencies may be present before a potential audit.

No problem is too big or too small. Whether you have a four-unit building that needs on-call maintenance, need cleaning for newly constructed apartments, or bulk trash removal for a 400-unit property, we’ll handle it. There’s no need to hire multiple contractors. We do it all. You can use us once or set up an annual contract. We’re flexible like that.
